Project Description

This project was constructed over an 8 month period. The HVAC system includes a new 130 ton primary/secondary chilled water central plant, a new campus steam to heating hot water central plant, air handling units, and 4-pipe fan coil units. A new electrical service was installed with a medium voltage 4,160-12,470 volt dual rated transformer and 277/480 volt secondary distribution system in the library.
