    Brack & Associates prepared construction documents for the replacement of the entire Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, and architectural elements within Twin Towers. Howard and Helmer Architects provided Architectural design services and B&A provided MEP design and overall project management.

    The project included two (2) eight story housing towers with associated lobby and commons area. The renovation included demolition of existing bathrooms and commons areas on each floor of both towers. The new design included; new HVAC & exhaust systems utilizing existing chiller and central plant steam along with restroom facilities on each floor. The entire lighting and electrical distribution systems throughout the entire complex was replaced.

    The project was phased over two (2) years, North Tower and Lobby was completed in August 2006, and the South Tower was completed in April 2007.
