Special Features

McCune Brooks is a replacement facility, located on a Greenfield Site; which required new utilities to be brought to the building. The facility is served by a central plant housing (2) gas fired 500 horsepower steam boilers. Air conditioning is supplied by a series of semi-custom rooftop units with final filtration serving patient care areas and standard rooftop units serving the administrative and outpatient occupancies. The mechanical equipment is connected to an integrated building system which coordinates and controls the building operations. The facility is served by a 3000 amp main electric service as the foundation of the power distribution system.
