Principals
Les L. Brack, President
Les is a mechanical and electrical engineer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University in 1976. Les has the ability to
analyze construction projects and direct clients along with the contractors through the
entire construction process. His previous experience with an electrical construction
firm has enhanced and focused his knowledge of each individual project's goal,
performance, and schedule. Recently his work efforts have included business
development and project management for telecommunication, medical and higher educational
projects.
David Krug, Vice President
Dave is a mechanical and electrical engineer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University in 1986. Dave's abilities are
mainly focused on projects which demand complex engineering designs and solutions.
Medical and corporate clients in the telecommunications industry utilize Dave's
talents and skills to quickly analyze problems and apply accurate engineering solutions.
Design engineers at B&A rely on Dave's project management skills during the
design and construction phase of projects. He is extremely active in professional
societies and is past president of NSAE.
Jeff Dikeman, Vice President
Jeff is a mechanical and electrical engineer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University in 1980. He is currently
managing a five year strategic alliance contract which includes HVAC, plumbing, fire
protection, EMCS, lighting, power and communications design. Jeff analyzes complex
problems, breaks them down and solves them with realistic solutions. Corporate
clients have developed a strong alliance with Jeff and his abilities to work with their
project managers, engineers, and field supervision employees. Jeff is an integral
link in the development and training of design engineers at B&A. Individual
projects also require Jeff to remain active as a design engineer; this allows him to
remain current and accurate with today's technology and design standards.
Bill Naeger, Vice President
Bill is a mechanical and electrical engineer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University in 1984. A majority of Bill's
time and efforts have been directed at project management and design of infrastructure
projects for corporate clients. Bill has developed a high level of expertise in
energy analysis of HVAC systems and renovations of historical buildings. Over the
past few years, Bill has spent extensive time working with large corporate clients
replacing and upgrading mechanical, electrical and energy management systems.
