Experience
Jeff joined Brack & Associates in 1987. In 1990, Jeff became Partner at Brack &
Associates. Jeff is a well respected engineer and applies sound engineering principles to
the projects he executes. He enriches the engineering community by passing these skills
onto younger design engineers and associates.
Jeff has experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing
system design for commercial and institutional facilities. He has served as Principle in
Charge and Project Manager for a wide variety of projects, ranging in size from a surgery
suite to a major 100,000 sf data processing center. He is also instrumental in scheduling,
quality control, and project coordination. He is also well versed in engineering design
software and computer-aided design systems.
Jeff is currently the Principle in Charge of the
Southwestern Bell Strategic Alliance for Kansas and Western Missouri. Southwestern Bell
has developed a business partnership with architectural and engineering consultants to
enhance client satisfaction. This has enabled us to refine construction costs and
accelerate construction schedules to meet the needs of the ever changing communication
industry. His involvement with the Alliance is all inclusive; including:
Supervising MEP Design;
Scheduling MEP Design;
Review Of Design Calculations;
Quality Control;
Developing Standardized Design Methods; and,
The Overall Coordination and Supervision of New and On-Going Design and Construction.
