Dave has been with Brack & Associates since 1986. In 1990, Dave became Partner at Brack & Associates. He has been very instrumental in the fast development and growth at Brack & Associates.Dave has experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing system design for commercial, institutional and educational building projects. He has designed for a variety of projects in each discipline. Dave has skills using both engineering design software and computer-aided design systems. He has complete responsibility with the ongoing CAD program development for the firm.
Dave has been involved with numerous projects at various educational facilities and has valuable knowledge of the demands for school projects. He has extensive experience with projects that included extensive field investigation, strict project budgets and allowable service downtimes. Current medical experience has allowed Dave to specialize in design and development of MEP systems in hospitals, outpatient facilities and medical office buildings. He is an important asset to all the projects he executes.
